Book a strategy call

Let’s talk through your situation.

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just trying to figure out where to start — a short call is usually enough to get oriented. No pressure, no obligation, no follow-up pitch.

  • Response within one business day Form submissions and emails are responded to within one business day. Calls and voicemails during business hours are returned the same day.
  • The call is about your situation Not a scripted pitch. Marina will ask about your timeline, priorities, and questions — and give you honest, specific answers.
  • No obligation to proceed You won’t be asked to sign anything or commit to anything. If you decide Marina isn’t the right fit, that’s a completely fine outcome.
  • Your information stays private What you share in a consultation is treated confidentially. It is not shared with third parties or used for unsolicited marketing.

Pick a time

Book directly into Marina’s calendar.

Choose a time that works for you. The call is typically 15–20 minutes — enough to cover your situation and figure out the right next step together.

What the call can cover

  • Sellers: where your home sits in today’s market, what preparation is worthwhile, and what a realistic timeline looks like
  • Buyers: what you can afford in Waterloo Region right now, which neighbourhoods fit your criteria, and what the process looks like from here
  • Not sure yet: just want to understand the market or think through a decision — that’s a completely fine reason to call

Before you book

Common questions.

Do I need to be ready to buy or sell to book a call?

No. Many people book a call when they’re still in the “thinking about it” stage. It’s actually a good time to call — before you’ve committed to anything, when the conversation can be purely informational.

How long is the call?

Most strategy calls run 15–20 minutes. If your situation is more complex and we need more time, that’s fine — there’s no hard cut-off. The calendar block is 30 minutes to give room.

Will I be pressured to sign a representation agreement?

No. In Ontario, a Buyer Representation Agreement or a Listing Agreement is signed when you’re ready to work together formally — not during an introductory call. The call is just a conversation.

What if I’m also talking to other agents?

That’s completely normal and expected. Most buyers and sellers speak with more than one agent before deciding who to work with. Marina is happy to be part of that process.

Can we meet in person instead?

Yes. If you’d prefer a face-to-face meeting in Kitchener-Waterloo, mention that when you book and Marina will arrange it.

What if I just have a quick question?

Send an email or use the message form above. Quick questions don’t need a booked call — Marina will reply directly.
